My son has been receiving services for a few years here and the communication is HORRIBLE! The turnover rate is unbelievable but I understand. Never once have we had any issues with any of the CSPs assigned, it was lack of communication from the admin. Eventually you get tired of the back amd forth and running staff down to get answers. I added my child to my insurance to get better services. Just got off a call with a new staff member whom I spoke with LAST week and was supposed to get a return call, but once again, I had t... read more
