I can’t speak on everyone who works there, but in my recent experience they’re very disorganized. I go in to get my children services for their behavior, next thing you know I have someone from DSS showing up to the School to question my children without my knowledge. Also, a certain individual who works there is violating HIPPA laws and is discussing my personal matter with mutual family/friends.
Sarah Rasel is wonderful! She truly cares about children and takes the time to understand their needs. Our family is so grateful for her kindness, patience, and support. Wright Directions Family Services is lucky to have her!
