Joe is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to nutrition! Joe makes you feel extremely comfortable and excited about improving your health! I found his recommendations to be easy, straight to the point and sustainable! I will definitely be back and recommend Joe to everyone! 5 stars are not really enough!!

I met Joe at a networking event a couple of months ago and yesterday had an initial consultation. It was great. Joe is professional, friendly and really knowledgeable. Due to dietary issues & intolerances, I have seen a dietitian before, but not for quite some time, so was great to have a bit of a refresher course in what I should be eating/doing, for a healthy lifestyle & body.
