I went July 3 2024 to have my yearly mammogram, after seeing something suspicious they were quick to do an ultrasound, the same day. During which they placed clips, once they were done they did another mammogram, to make sure that the clips were in the right spot. They explain to me what the clips were for, I was kept very informed. Most unprofessional experience of my life. I was made to feel that because I had suspicious results that I was to blame. The person who did my ultrasound asked me if I used deodorant and how could I not have felt the tumor in my breast. The staff was discussing my case as if I was not in the room. They had to take ten pictures because they couldn’t get it right. I have never felt so undignified and worthless at any medical facility in my life.
