The lady at the front desk is not friendly at all. We had to put our dog to sleep, and we brought a whole bag of dog food. She says, we don't use this kind, but we can send it to animal control. She should have taken the food and said Thank you. You need someone else at the desk, if she isn't going to be friendly. Every time we go in there, she's just blah. She needs to smile more. You are working with the public. On the other hand, we love Dr Nolan!
I took my pet to see Dr Nolan and I was impressed by his thoroughness and professionalism. He explained everything clearly. I highly recommend Dr Nolan.
