I said the payment number after taking $1,000 off and they added more months. After that didn't work they added $1,000 to the original list price and pretended like they took it off. After that didn't work they agreed and had me sign on the actual price I wanted. Then in the final paperwork they just added the $1,000 back on hoping I didn't notice. I had to wait another hour for them to redo the paperwork. Be careful.
Got a key made for my 2015 Chevy Cruze today and the parts department had me in and out in 20 min. The gentleman who waited on me was super nice and helped by giving me directions to program the key fob myself. Hopefully works or I'll be paying a shop $100 to program it for me.
Friendly, helpful advisors at check in... prompt service with inspection and emissions being done in an hour...and the waiting area was clean and comfortable, as always. Keep up the great work, Ed & team!
I don't make a habit of writing negative reviews. (Check for yourself.) One star is three too many for this dumpster fire. In over 50 years of buying, selling, leasing and trading dozens of vehicles, I have never had an experience this bad.
