Their customer service was excellent. Everyone was super nice. I was in for a vehicle recall fix and they were quick. I loved the waiting room because besides having a nice area with a tv, they also had a nice area with work stations and free wifi so I could work while I waited. Everything was top notch from start to finish.

had part of my tailgate go on my certified GMC sierra. scheduled an appointment, first one on saturday morning. they were supposed to diagnose and replace the problem parts. about 2-3 hours later I had no call. you would think after having it for a few hours I would get some kind of heads up call. no update....didnt say they looked into it...didnt call to say they were fixing it. They were very helpful to me in an emergency situation. I had driven in to town from out of state the previous evening. Just before arriving, a loud thumping noise started up and dash lights came on. Just by driving the car into the service area from the parking light, they diagnosed the problem. They fixed it up promptly and sent me on my way. Everyone was friendly.
