Service manager Ed went above and beyond today. A prior Warranty issue that had been fixed 18 months ago, a cracked exhaust manifold, cracked again. Without being asked pushed issue and got GM to cover second replacement free of cost, despite being over both mileage + 12 month coverage. It is service like this that will keep me coming back for service, and the reason why again Ill purchase my next new car at Wright gmc beaver. Customer for life.
Wright always steps up and goes above and beyond for their customers. I have been extremely happy with their professionalism and their knowledge. I wouldnt take my cars anywhere else!
I love my truck!
I'm not happy at all with the inflated costs of parts and labor. It would have been nice to have an estimate in that ballpark. I expect prices to be somewhat inflated at the dealer, but not that bad. I asked for a FRONT WHEEL Alignment, I was charged for a FOUR WHEEL Alignment. I asked to have any old parts returned, I had to go back and have them pulled out of the trash. Guess who's NOT going to sell me a new truck this year?
