We went to Wright Brothers Glassworks for a very unique problem. A mirror with great sentimental value had a couple of broken pieces in a move. Henry was so helpful in discussing the issue with us and offering a solution. This wasn't just a quick cut-and-fix-it problem. We were so happy with his idea of how to fix the mirror. It was a special cut so we had to go back in a week. Mika kept in touch by email to let us know the cost and to notify us when it was ready.
