My main concerns were in accurate timelines, a complete absence of communication, the disrespect of my time as well as the customers time, and the lack of effort to correct errors or make it a priority to fix the things they did wrong on their side. We went to Wright Brothers Glassworks for a very unique problem. A mirror with great sentimental value had a couple of broken pieces in a move. Henry was so helpful in discussing the issue with us and offering a solution. This wasn't just a quick cut-and-fix-it problem. We were so happy with his idea of how to fix the mirror.
