Bought my first car here off of Facebook marketplace and the communication/whole process was super smooth! Super lovely staff, would definitely recommend this place
Horrible experience!! Very rude, do not even bother engaging them. I went there to ask for a car part and the owner was very dismissive and said “Come back in 30 minutes” which was fine by me, the minute I negotiated the price he barked “don’t even bother” - even after I was happy to pay the stated price. Such a terrible attitude for a businessman. It behooves me that ontop of being rude you would like, it makes no sense accusing someone for asking for “freebies”, c’mon we are all adults - try hard next time.
Extremely Terrible Experience:: Don't go until he is the dead last option. I ordered a part, paid in cash when I arrived, and the guy disappeared for nearly an hour. When he finally came back, he said, “Oh, it’s not going to disassemble.” I left disappointed, and then he messaged me later saying he’d “found another one.” I had to drive back again maddington to bayuswater twice, wasting over 100 km of travel, double the fuel, and hours of my time all because of his complete lack of professionalism.
