I have a Whirlpool refrigerator that I purchased an extended warranty on. Lowes Warranty department sent our Wright Appliance to repair it. Right before the first tech came out, I called the company and told them the ice maker started working again, but the filter wouldn't come out. Patty told me they would send the tech out anyway.
