The staff is amazing and caring. I have been a patient for about a decade. They have taken great care of me, my husband and my two children. They supported me during both of my pregnancies.
Ten years and with high turnover I saw 7 different Nurse Practitioners. My patient portal concerning my visit results was stale by several years. I notified the office manager and she didn't have the decency to update it or reply to my email. Website was not updated. My spouse qualified for early COVOD19 vaccination and twice they screwed up her email address. Could not get that qualifying email from the Feds to get registered for shots. Three calls to LRGH and this was corrected. Wright would not take calls to correct this.... read more

The staff are great and kind until you get sick and need help and then they treat you like a nuisance.
