Please DO NOT be persuaded to use Wridgways. This has been the most appalling and unbelievable experience. We have moved interstate and internationally on many occasions and I have never experienced any company as bad as this. Arrived on the wrong day, don’t return messages, voicemails, deliver on arranged date. The two interstate office can’t even match up with the excuses they give. This company should not be able to exist.
COMPANY IS IN LIQUIDATION!! DO NOT USE!! We made a huge mistake using this company and are owed money. When you call and can get through to the office, which is rare you are given different numbers for different people to then find the contact numbers disconnected. Spoke to a lady at the Melbourne branch who was working from home who didn't even know the company was in liquidation. THESE GUYS HAVE GONE INTO INSOLVENCY - DO NOT USE!!!! We booked a move on April 21 from Sydney to Qld. The uplift team were good but it took almost 5 weeks for our stuff to arrive - they had been locked out of their depot for not paying their rent. We found this out by ringing the real estate agent as WridgWays told us lie upon lie or did not respond at all.
