Horrible company they violated OSHA safety rules got my hand crushed on a 75 ton brake press. I lost the tips of my fingers and was unable to join the military because of their negligence. Find a better company to work for or do business with.
Middle management is dreadful. Advice is seldom welcome, and those who need it most, like it least. Everything rises and falls on leadership but the management wouldn't know about that because none of them are actual leaders.
