I described myself to John (owner of Wrexham osteopath) as a biomechanical mess. Years of playing rugby, running and injuries had left me suffering badly.... Most recently, the last year and a half I'd been suffering with hip pain that a local physio didn't manage to resolve after the best part of 3 months of treatment. I have been coming to john for over 4 years and I can genuinely that say every time I have an injury he Is the first person I contact. Couldn't recommend him enough, nd will always go above and beyond.
I used John's help twice. the first time I had terrible back pain and problems with moving, everything stopped after one visit. the second time I had very bad pain in my foot for almost two months and the same thing helped me immediately.
