NOT professionals THIS IS NOT HEALTH CARE My wife with pulse high over 100 with High pressure 160 and above and chest and back pain was sent home without even told any diagnosis whatsoever. We seen a Dr. in practice then we waited a response from another real Dr. just to be told by an asistence that we can go home, without any explanation.... I'm scared for my wife life cuz she have in her family people dying from hearts attack and they just send her home.... THIS IS NOT HEALTH CARE

We unfortunately needed to visit while on holiday in the area. While the staff were friendly and our visit was over in 2.5 hours, but it was a chaotic visit with a lot of waiting around despite not many people being in the hospital. Overall, a standard NHS location.

poor seats , and no food 8hours and longer wait 14 hours later not happy with that

Been waiting for 11 hours and still haven't seen a doctor yet. Calling this place an emergency service is a joke to say it nicely.

All treatment and staff/volunteers were fantastic. Even on days where there was staff shortages. The level of care and support has made a great difference to my health and mental health. Thank you
