There is a significant problem at this practice with repeat cancellations. It should be an easy matter to manage appointments but the practice simply cannot do it. Patients don’t receive the service they pay for via Patient Plan because the appointments get cancelled. The cancellations issue affects both dentists and hygienists and has affected at least 50% of my appointments.
My dentist has put me at ease im no longer scared had teeth out and denture put in im having on going treatment the care and support you get is fantastic .i have a smile that i thought i could never have thankyou all
My husband had pain in tooth we booked appointments doctor told him I will take your tooth out she but 5 injections but she didn’t take the tooth out she didn’t any help and she did temporary fil and she send him home she didn’t think about him he was in pain she didn’t know how to treat with patient . My husband when came home he was crying for pain when I call them to ask they said we can’t help you call 111 I asked why did you charge money if you can’t help the patient. Been a patient of this practice for many years ..I wouldn’t go anywhere else .. professional dentist & staff who always makes you feel at ease .. receptionists super friendly and understanding .. a really great team just what you need when visiting a dentist and lastly they always look After my teeth at a reasonable cost !
