Deferred maintenance is a nice way of saying this is the most disgusting place I have ever lived. Part-time management, one maintenance person for 66 units (he must do lawn mowing and snow removal as well), ancient appliances, 60 year old flooring and cabinetry, constant septic backups - one look at the property says all.
Great here. Administration, maintenance all staff do a superb job.
It seemed well maintained and my customer seemed to be happy about living there
