This company provides excellent customer service. Brian was prompt on arrival, efficient with the hook up and recovery process. He was so friendly and professional. Jonathan was super helpful in explaining that the lower control arm of my passenger side wheel was disconnected. Was very clear in making sure I knew what was happening during every step in the towing process. Even gave me a call to make sure my car was at the right repair shop and included a note of my information and a listing of the car’s problems. If you need a towing, you’re in great hands here!
Jonathan was amazing! Can’t thank him enough for getting me out of a bind with my vehicle. The communication, his punctuality, his way of explaining everything throughout the process made it easy and comfortable. This evening my family and I dealt with the misfortune of the transmission going out in my car in downtown Dayton later in the evening.
