Will never go to this jewelry store ever again…staff told my wife when she told her that we would never go there again and she said good Because I don’t have to take the abuse….Abuse are you kidding me they don’t care enough to tell me who’s the owner. Very bad experience. Took a chain with a birthstone bead to be repaired in May and they kept it for 3 months... no one could/would explain where it was. Got it back on August 24th, and it wasn't even my birthstone bead! Apparently they lost it and didn't want to tell me. The replacement bead is very small and a purplish blue color...a long way from an aquamarine birthstone! Will never go there again, and I don't think they care! I called to see if they could resize my watch. I went in and in 10 mins it fit perfectly. They have a beautiful jewelry collection!!!! Will definitely be coming back.
