Absolute worst experience I've ever had at a repair shop. They completed repairs that I EXPRESSLY AND CLEARLY did not authorize. Ending up costing over $3k when I was only expecting to pay $350. To top it off, the car was 2 weeks late.

The staff at Wren’s took care of me as if I were the most important customer they had. Keeping in touch, arranging and updating rental cars, dealing with the insurance adjuster, and detailing my car before turning it back over to me — truly all I had to do was hand them the keys and walk next door to Enterprise and drive off in my rental. Everyone here was so polite & professional! From Cathy, who answered the phone and helped me at the desk to Jeff Brooks, who did my estimate and ensure that my car was done when promised. They even helped my friend that dropped me off with some scuffs on her car!! Fair price and excellent customer service!! Would highly recommend!
