CONSUMER WARNING ABOUT THIS COMPANY: I have a problem with the finish on my wood product bought from this company. Two contractors and a major wood industry group all agreed the finish was problematic. Owner Robert told me they are a standing member of NWFA (on their web site) and that the problem was with the conditions at my cottage, not their product. When I was building my Southland log home, I paid several thousand dollars extra for the special coating Wrenn Brothers applied to the wood flooring. It looked pretty when it was first installed....but not for long. Within the first few months, it peeled, bubbled and cracked in many spots, especially around the knots in the wood. The pine flooring is so soft that every scratch and dent is obvious and damages the appearance significantly.
