I think they are closed permanently. I swung by during their working hours no one was there.
Overall a terrible experience. To begin with, was quoted 4 weeks for air struts to be made; took closer to 8 weeks for them to be completed. Instead of even offering to make them with heavy duty shocks, they were made with underrated shocks for my Audi Q7, resulting in the bounciest, worst ride quality I've ever experienced in a vehicle, dangerously throwing the car all over the road at high speeds.
