No communication or honesty
I would not recommend this company to literally any person. I have never dealt with someone more frustrating in my entire life. Scott appears to be professional and competent upon first meeting however the facade crumbles quickly. My daughter’s car broke down in mid March and we contacted Scott to come out, diagnose and repair it. He did come out, diagnosed a fuel pump issue and said he could get the part and have it fixed the next day.
