They were excellent throughout the communication process, from when I first reached out for an estimate, to scheduling an appointment, to picking up my car. And I communicated with them through email, text, and phone, they were clear and prompt, and transparent with all communications. I can’t recommend Wrenches Automotive enough! They are incredibly transparent, honest, and knowledgeable, which is honestly hard to find these days. They take the time to explain everything, answer every question you have (even if you have a thousand of them ), and never make you feel rushed or pressured into anything. After over four years without A/C, Wrenches finally figured it out! I am a bit disappointed that I brought it here three years ago and the mechanic at the time didn’t find the leaks that were found this time and instead suggested potentially replacing expensive modules. That mechanic is no longer there, and this time the owner looked at my truck himself, found and repaired the leaks, and my A/C is finally working again! I really appreciate the thorough work this time around and am very happy to finally have cold A/C again!
