$145 for 2 quarts of transmission fluid because apparently checking the fluids isn't standard procedure here. If they would have checked the fluids when got there, LIKE I ASKED this would have been simple.

On a trip, I had a bad break caliper, and I went to them to see what was wrong. While he didn't get the issue 100% right, he pointed me to another local company that helped me out with my tires. Notably, they helped me out for free, nice guys!
Only place in town I could find that was willing to change transmission fluid. Quick work, reasonable price and provided photos of everything he was looking at!
Been using this mechanic for some time now. And yes they are helpful when needing rides. My last visit has me very upset. My car needed per his estimate 2 coil packs all new spark plugs. We agreed to fix it and prepared for the bill $875. When picking up my car it was less and his wife said he didn't need to replace the coil packs. I didn't know any difference. I am not a mechanic. After only driving 80 miles my car did the same thing. Now I'm told my car needs 4 spark plugs and 2 coil packs. How am I responsible for paying ... read more
