Brought my Audi in recently as I was having alternator/battery issues they diagnosed. It's unfortunately an audi service only thing they found out for me. They did not charge me anything for their time. Highly recommended, great customer service.
STOP! Do not pass Go and do NOT pass Wrench Monkeys! That is IF you want friendly, knowledgeable and VERY reasonable service/repairs performed. You always have the option of going to a large chain Service Center where you may be charged far more by a patronizing staff. Paying more buys you the pleasure of, in many cases, being dismissed when questioning the recommended service(s). NOT Wrench Monkeys. Had been praying to find a solid team that could handle seized up pins in a set of brembos on a range rover, was advised to take it to Ocala Land Rover from a shop that attempted the job. In fear, I contacted a machine shop who would help. My wife found Wrench Monkeys, convinced me with their team of car lovers, Spot On! It's like finding a great doctor honestly. God bless you guys, completed the project quickly and very professionally. Now for the Audi without fear!
Went to have my car worked on my Honda CRV they told me they will check it out and they did call me back and they were so honest to tell me that they could not work on it because it was a computer part that they were not equipped to program. But they were happy to let me have my car without no money owed. How is that possible? We thought everybody charges to check it out but they did not charge me at all. Wonderful people wonderful staff honest people now that is how business should be run.
