I had an excellent experience with this shop! On Monday morning, I called because my brakes were grinding, and I was worried about driving my car. I spoke with Josh, and he was able to get me in the very same day. After a thorough inspection, Josh took the time to explain everything they found, clearly identifying the repairs that were immediate safety concerns and what could wait. Josh was great- I needed my brake pads and rotors replaced and he was extremely fast in scheduling, and went out of his way to be accommodating to me in getting the car in just to get the work done. He took a lot of extra initiative and attention to detail while handling my vehicle- and took the time to both check on and make sure other things were okay and not an issue for me. Over Memorial weekend we were traveling from Wisconsin. My car was acting up….kinda jerking. My son lives in Ohio so I let him know our dilemma. It was late Friday afternoon and we knew it would be difficult to get service over the weekend. He contacted Josh and we took my car there the next day and he had it finished by that afternoon. Very nice guy very efficient and we were able to get home in time for me to go back to work on Monday.
