Simon and the guys at Wrench and Ratchet were extremely friendly and accommodating. I had to replace a heater hose in my Cadillac and it was a complex fix, but they had it in Monday morning (11/17) and ready to go same day. This also included a battery replacement as well. They explained everything to me and made me feel confident in the fix. Thanks fellas!

Either this place is incompetent or the Boise Best Auto is the shadiest dealership in town and just told them to ignore it. Supposedly they do the inspections for the dealership and yet they missed a sensor being SNAPPED OFF the brake reservoir. The shop we took it too literally laughed at how obvious it was but supposedly they don’t notice and the brake light just happened to turn on the morning after buying it(code clearly reset according to multiple mechanics, no way that light turns off without it and no way the sensor s... read more
Found myself in a bind with a unexcepted a/c outage one day before a major family trip to Wyoming. With 100° temps and just hours to find a repair,..
