Alternator belt came unraveled and caused ripped a wiring Harness apart. I called them first thing in the morning. They got me taken care of the same day. Professional and prompt.
I have used these guys for my car repair for years. I have found them to be honest and reliable. There have been a few times that I had to take it back to them but they have always made it right. This past repair, I advised them my wife is on hospice and I had a hard time getting my vehicle to them and pick it up. They volunteered to pick it up and return it to my house. Simon and the guys at Wrench and Ratchet were extremely friendly and accommodating. I had to replace a heater hose in my Cadillac and it was a complex fix, but they had it in Monday morning (11/17) and ready to go same day. This also included a battery replacement as well. They explained everything to me and made me feel confident in the fix. Thanks fellas!
