Of I could give I zero I would. Yes I know the NHS is under staffed but how rude are the staff in here. That's the last time I speak yo anyone from this 'service', they need to realise they are offering us a service. If I was spoken to like that in any other setting they'd be out of business with in days. Totally unprofessional.
I cannot recommend this doctor's surgery due to the behaviour of the reception and administrative staff. I only contact the doctors when absolutely necessary, but each time I do, some of the staff members answer the phone with an awful attitude. They often interrupt me and seem eager to end the call quickly. During my last call, I wasn’t even finished speaking when someone cut me off, saying, “Ok, bye,” before hanging up.
