Waited 3 days to get an alternator taken off
Terrible service, incredibly rude and entitled. Sold me a part that was partially broken.and ended up buying brand new anyway . Not satisfied . Would give a 0 review if I could . Incredibly unprofessional.
I would give 0 if I could. First the delivery was supposed to be the day after they received it to st john and we did not get it the next day(which we paid for).we were given the run around and when I looked around to see about where the engine was at as it was not showing up and there was a time sensitive issue for us,he called my husband to say if we called again,they would cancell our order.thats not how you treat customers.the engine arrived at the garage the morning after it was originally supposed to.when I was asking ... read more
