Offered the same part to my family member higher because they were female. Got offered a lower amount when I called, when I came in they wanted the higher amount even though we spoke on the phone and negotiated. Wants a deposit for the part before you even see it. Offers crazy price because knows you need the part. Pretty dishonest and disrespectful, when confronted about price change. He told me to find another place.
I provided fully details of my car, was provided a quote over the phone by company, then when the tow truck driver arrived refused to give me any cash at all. I ended up getting $100 out of him after I pushed back a bit. Dodgy as always
