Took my vehicle in to get an estimate and associate Matthew Mikula seemed like very stern, tense, not a friendly approach or helpful approach. It seemed as if he was just trying to get me out the door as quick as possible. I got my vehicle looked at by him and Matthew told me he would send the estimate to my insurance. I had the best experience this morning. My insurance company put me in a difficult situation and Matt was honest, kind, and compassionate. He helped me with next steps and even offered to buff out some spots for free. I was very impressed. This is the epitome of what customer service should look like.
I got an estimate on my car. The estimate was fine, but i felt the service was cold and dry. The coworkers, at least that day, didn’t seem like they got along very well, which made the atmosphere a little tense and weird. Not to mention, this was my first ever crash, so I was pretty not excited to be there and was very nervous going alone. TL:DR 10 OUT IF 10 WOULD RECOMMEND! Took my car to Gerber, as it was one of the options offered to me by the insurance of the person who did a decent number on my bumper. I'm sure I've vaguely heard of them in passing, but I had no idea at the time I picked them to do my repairs, that I'd made the best choice I could have!
