I chose this place on Google reviews and was not disapointed. They were friendly and couldn't have been more helpfull. I would thoroughly recomend them.
Only 2 mechanics but they were both very nice and honest. They explained the issues so i could understand and the price was far cheaper than expected. I would definitely recommend Ben’s Automotive! There is a 2 week wait because there is only 2 mechanics. They found the problem quickly, not like MyCar who could not find the issue after several visits.
I have no comment on the quality of their work as I have not used their service yet. When I got there, there were vehicles that occupied the space in front of reception that made it narrow to get through to the front door (like they did not want to welcome people at all?) Receptionist was not there at first, and there was a big dog guarding the door, so I was too scared to enter. I had to go to the side to call out for someone. I wished they would've responded and yelled "Receptionist be there soon", but no, I was blatantly ... read more
