never again, of cours company will blame customer and will tell it is hoax, this is the way they work, sell you crap a blame you that you did not read contract, so it is always customer fault!!!

I took delivery of my new car today. Bought on Saturday 15th March at the Dalston branch. Never bought a car with such ease. David was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. His communication through the whole process was simple and thorough. He answered all my questions and made a daunting process very simple. Thank you so much, I'm in love with my Jeep.
Sales guy called Dan, absolutely despicable customer service. Argumentative, unprofessional, completely disgraceful, left my elderly parent in tears with the way he handleda challenge. Car was assured it would be ready. It wasn't, we were left stranded. Completely unreasonable, unreliable. Do not be a customer here.
Excellent Customer Service, went the extra mile to make sure I was always with a vehicle in the purchasing process. Staff are really helpful, great selection of cars at really good prices. Can not fault them.
