The office hours that are labeled online seem inaccurate. I'm on my third attempt to catch someone in the office to pay my bill and I can't seem to get a hold of anyone. *Edit* I've actually called the last two attempts and no one has picked up, all attempts have been within the 8am-4pm, Monday- Friday time frame. I've called twice today in fact and still can't reach anyone
They’re great. I had an emergency and they were here within an hour of calling. They were very professional. Really appreciate all they do. I would recommend them to anyone who needs septic work or excavation needs.
Wray's was the excavator when we built our new home in 2016. They also installed our septic tanks and drainfields. Rod was the one we had the most contact with and he is awesome. Super nice guy , very knowledgable and extremely helpful. He was instrumental in helping us figure out how to mitigate water run off that was flooding our walk out area and leaking into the basement of our brand new home ( no fault of excavator- just a poor design when our house was built up to try to accomodate the high water table on our lot).
