I hired Wray & Co. to cater my wedding at South Padre Island. My husband and I requested Food Stations and unfortunately, the presentation was very disappointing? They had described and showed pictures of past events they had set up for weddings and my wedding was set up so plain that I could have done a much better job.... Also, the service fee of 18 percent did not even include the waiters that were going around and accommodating the guests. There was another 15 percent that was optional for them.
