Drivers are polite but they booked me on the wrong day and then forgot about me the next time I booked with them. Wouldn’t rely on them again when going to the airport
My brother had left his cell phone in one of their cabs. When I had phone to talk to them they had said they hadn’t collected any phones from that night. However, my brothers “find my iPhone” gave their location. My dad phone back and *surprise surprise* they listened to my dad after he made them go check the cab again and believe it or not they phone was in the cab he took that night… so that’s a little careless /lazy if you ask me.
