Owner is operating illegally without an AMVIC. Probably while “exile” closed and he opened a new shop. Had a friends car in his shop, for two and a half months and did nothing on it. Damaged the vehicle, and kept $2500 for “material” he didn’t even order. Absolutely a scam artist. AMVIC verified he does not have a license to operate a business
