Ordered 768 cases 25.3lb/cs 18" 47ga 1500' film. Got in 20lbs,22lbs,23lbs, and a few 24lb cases. When customers complained and I complained to Sunil , he changed the advertised case weights on the website to 3lbs below what they were, then raised them a day or 2 later to 2lbs below. He refused to pickup and said the only returns offered is if I pay return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
