Just recently had my car windows tinted and taillights smoked out by Jeff at Wrap Solutions. Jeff was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. This was a painless process and I’m very satisfied with the results. Here’s a few pics.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this business. The front-end customer service was terrible, particularly from the woman who answers the phones. She lacked basic professionalism and customer service skills and repeatedly screened my calls when I tried to speak with the manager. I was told multiple times that the manager was “not in” and that he would call me back — which never happened.
