Placed an order on Toast for a Sante Chicken Wrap asked for no lettuc, no tomatoes, sub Swiss for American. I forgot to add no onions. Received the sandwich with no bacon and no cheese. Called in and spoke with someone and asked for chicken, bacon, ranch, and cheese only. When back to get the new order and recived onions on the sandwich. Called back in and the lady on the phone said that the manager was not going to remake the order. What happened to "The customer is always right?" Our new favorite place. Had a coupon to try the place out from a community event and have been back almost weekly. The food is fresh and plentiful and tasty. The environment is homey and welcoming. The workers are friendly and fast. Can't express how nice this place is to have in our little town. Thanks!
