Had a really good experience with Wranglers Direct working on my 2026 Jeep Sahara. Everyone there was great to deal with and you can tell they actually know Jeeps and care about the work they’re doing. I had a very mixed experience here. On the positive side, they performed a thorough bumper-to-bumper inspection, addressed the issues that needed immediate attention, and everyone I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. I have no complaints about the quality of the inspection or the work performed. Unfortunately, the communication was poor enough that I would not bring my vehicle back.
