I don't write too many reviews here and only do so when a service has been beyond amazing – Bob and the guys at Wranglers Direct are beyond amazing. There're shops everywhere now full of semi-decent mechanics who've learned what was necessary to do adequate work, and then there are shops where the people live and breathe what they do and go the extra mile because they love the vehicle they're working on, not just their paycheck. 5 stars really isn't anywhere close 2 enough! If u own a jeep, u simply CANNOT do better than Bob & the boys! They KNOW ur jeep.....inside & out! & there r truly no nicer, more knowledgeable, helpful & more accommodating dudes out there.....BAR NONE! So......if ur ride is a jeep & needs a little love.....RUN DO NOT WALK on over & c Bob & the boys! U will not regret it & ur jeep will b forever grateful!
BEWARE! I brought my Jeep in to have the windshield seal, where it meets the hard top redone, my heating control unit was not working, and neither was the direction of flow and paid for the bumper to bumper diagnostic of my Jeep. I was told that my front steering components needed to be upgraded. I received a bill of over 3900 which I paid in full on the spot.
