First time at Wranglers Direct and I'm already scheduling my next appointment - thanks Charlie and Matt! The shop is welcoming and they really know the treats and trades of wranglers. I went in with some electrical issues with the TIPM and instead of immediately going to fully replace it - they tested some other solutions out. It's operating once again with no issues - thank you! Do not bring your jeep anywhere else, Wranglers Direct are THE EXPERTS! They actually care about their customers and your vehicle. They wont upsell you unnecessary repairs when you don’t need them and you can trust their work when you do. Always a good experience.
This is the second car that I had the undercoating done through Wranglers Direct, I was very happy with the work they did. I find that the staff was very personal and friendly and the cost was very reasonable.
Everyone at the shop are not only experts but the nicest folks you could deal with. No question is stupid. Great price too.
