Needed a bearing replaced on one wheel on our 5th wheel. They had trouble getting the parts but once the parts were found they charged us 500 for the parts. They said they have retail authority which allows them to buy the parts and charge me 30% over what they paid. Cost me $1400 for one wheel. Find someone else to use. Trust me.

I called this company to get a tire repaired and the gentleman told me that it was going to be $550 and that's what I paid for the tire that needs to be repaired. DO NOT GO HERE they will rip you off badly, I refuse to do business with anyone who wants to jack up the prices like that just because they think they can, that may be why his reviews are as low as they are. Truck broke down 20 mins from their shop. Needed new batteries. Charged $1462. Four semi truck batteries for $640. That's fine. $780 for labor because it took 3.5 hours to change them. It actually took 45 mins. Ridiculous. Went back and forth and they took $75 off. Cat was the rep. I spoke with. When I complained about the cost they threatened to call the local sheriff ... no discussion will just call the police. Their own technician Derrick said afterwards they ripped me off.
