Reception stuff is okay but all doctors are running late every single I’m here for appointment with a member of family or mine

My experience was as expected of an experienced, knowledgeable profesional doctors appointment. I was extremely satisfied with the service.
Excellent service and friendly staff
I call them to book a GP appointment and waited over 30 minis on the phone to get answer. I have been told they closed during lunch time and will reopen after 2 pm. If you closing the appointment booking system in lunch time why you do not close the phone line as well.
