*This review is for the phone line process alone, not the doctors* I'd just like to share my experience of the appointment request process this morning as it was quite disheartening, as I'm sure many have experienced getting GP appointments. I called up at 8.30am on the dot, opted for the callback service and was 11th in the queue. A few minutes later, I check back and I'm 12th in the queue, despite the service claiming it holds your space! Absolutely shambles, no communication from this place at all, have changed or stopped my tablets with no phone call to say why and when leaving a note for doctor when ordering a repeat prescription its just not read as i dont get any response from a doctor at all. Looking at changing doctors to find the right patient care we all deserve from our NHS. Avoid this Doctors in Hatfield.
Great staff and excellent doctors. I've been coming here since I was a baby and I have never left without getting the help I need or an answer to what is wrong with me. I highly recommend using this place as your doctors, they don't discriminate and are very inclusive
Really poor reception specially the manager is so rude and that’s the worst GP IVE EVER SEEN .. reception people need completely change , the manager need big help
