Horrible. I hired WR last year to do a major ($35k+) pool project. It took MONTHS longer than they said, they destroyed my backyard, left it a mess, did not install the water features we discussed, and put the wrong pool surface in. Owner Wanderson is nice but he blames mistakes on their subcontractors and he doesn't answer his phone and doesn't take responsibility for mistakes and lies by his sales guy John (who is a wolf in sheep's clothing). Horrible experience, took my deposit dug a hole and never saw them again.
This company will take your deposit and never finish the pool. Do not get scammed!
