Purchased an adjustable bed at the Home Show, Jordan was very knowledgeable and patient ensuring I was aware of all options. Your office was extremely helpful and flexible with my delivery date and I was kept up to date and notified as to actual delivery time on the day of. Great customer service, everybody was knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the products. The delivery guys were right on time, took away my old bed and got me set up quickly. They went over the functions of the adjustable platform. I really liked the fact that the mattresses are made in Surrey, BC Can't get more local than that! We recently purchased a lift chair from Dave . Dave was professional and helpful, without any sales pressure . The Delivery Team were absolutely amazing ! It was a very difficult install, taking over an hour, during which the team never gave up or showed any frustration. Jaime was supportive to the team as they struggled . Our sincere thanks to W.R.
