We purchased a Chest bed 6 years past. Quality of materials has maintained this piece like new. Recently the mini shocks used to hold up top shelf lost their strength to work. These good people gave me 2 new shocks free. I was going to pay but would not accept. I'm grateful for their generosity. Very friendly , top shelf customer service. Thank you.
