This is a store that is extremely "customer oriented." (My considerations from four previous months were noted and kept on file.) The service continued to be excellent and I purchased an adjustable bed and mattress. The delivery and installation (together with my individual requests) were also completed promptly. I would highly recommend this establishment for any bed related purchase.
We are very happy with our experience. The staff in the showroom were excellent and spent a lot of time discussing our options and helping guide our decision. Delivery also went very well, the guys who came to deliver did a very quick and professional job. We are very happy and would make WR Mattress our first choice the next time we are shopping for a mattress.
My partner and I got 2 twin XL adjustable frames and mattresses and it has improved our sleeping significantly over the last couple of months. Thanks so much to Raman for her guidance. She took the time to get to know us and our needs. Although it was a big first purchase for us, it was absolutely worth it.
The Customer Service at WR Mattress is exceptional. We had an issue with one of the mattresses we purchased. After speaking to Jamie the situation was quickly resolved and we very happy with the solution.
