The technician arrived early but called first, both actions very much appreciated. He was polite and extremely knowledgeable and gave me options with our remotes that had not been offered by previous provider. He also fixed a problem that was not fixed with previous provider. I visited W R Engineering for the first time last week. The front office staff member was very efficient and friendly. I booked a service for a door that was 7 years old. I was also interested in Auto-Lock, and given a day the following week, with a 3 hour time window and a phone call 10 minutes before arriving. Jordan and Ryan attended today and discussed my needs.
