Ryan was great. Super friendly and efficient. Serviced my garage door, replaced a part and ensured working efficiency. Highly recommended.
Ryan did a wonderful job doing the annual service for my Garage door. He explained everything and was the first to open the door opener on the wall to replace the battery.
Service on our garage door was done promptly and efficiently. Ryan was courteous and helpful, tracing the problem and keeping us informed at all times.
Matt conducted a service of my garage door and an install of a new motor. He was very polite, engaging, fast and thorough. He did an absolutely excellent job and was great to deal with. A credit to him and WR Engineering.
Pierre and AJ were amazing! They showed up on time and did a great job of putting up my colour bond fence. The thing that stands out for me is the extra effort they went to, in order to make the experience ‘customer friendly’. They rang me ten minutes before their arrival in the morning, and they continued to keep me up to date with their progress, as I was at work and unable to be at home during the installation.
