Used to be extremely easy to work with. However, more recently, it has become quite a pain to be frank. Reps have become rude, short, and unpleasant. If it weren't for there not really being anyone else to turn to in this line of business, I truly don't think we would be using them any longer. They should probably begin looking into some of their longtime reps and begin looking at how they speak to their customers and work from there.
