If I could give zero stars I would. I reached out to W.R. Builders early February to give me an estimate to restore a small 25 sq ft bump out that was destroyed when a pipe burst in the bathroom during the recent cold snap. Anyway, ****** arrived for the estimate on Feb 17th. I gave her a written list of what the insurance was going to cover for work being done in the bump out.
