At this point if no stars was an option I would have selected that option. I'm really concerned. I purchased a detail package on Groupon. I tried to call to set up an appointment and a recording only says "the person at this number is unable to take calls at this time". I then attempted to go to the website to verify that the phone number was correct and a website does not exist! I will report back if the situation improves.
